Short description
Sequa is a health tracking app for iOS that tracks chronic pain, GLP-1 protocols, peptides, TRT, supplements, and blood markers, entirely on-device. No cloud. No servers. No data sharing. Pattern intelligence, serum level modelling, and doctor visit reports help users understand and communicate their health.

Medium description
Sequa is a health tracking application for iPhone designed for people managing chronic pain, complex health conditions, and advanced health protocols. It tracks 113 conditions across 21 categories, 219 compounds including GLP-1 agonists, testosterone, healing peptides, SARMs, and anabolics, 189 evidence-graded supplements, and 42 blood markers, all stored locally on your device with no cloud infrastructure.
Sequa's on-device pattern intelligence identifies correlations between symptoms, behaviours, and compounds, surfacing insights with confidence scores. Serum level curves model pharmacokinetic half-lives from logged doses. Structured experiments let users test what works with rigour. Doctor visit preparation reports summarise months of data for clinical appointments.
The app is built by a small independent team in the UK and US. All health data is stored in SwiftData on-device, no Sequa servers hold user data at any point. Sequa is not a medical device.

Long description
Sequa is a health tracking app for iPhone built for people managing chronic pain, complex medical conditions, and advanced health protocols, including GLP-1 agonists, testosterone replacement therapy, peptide stacks, and longevity compounds.
The app tracks 113 conditions across 21 categories, spanning chronic migraine, fibromyalgia, neuropathic pain, autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal conditions, gynaecological conditions, and cancer-related pain. It supports 219 compounds across 20 categories and 189 evidence-graded supplements, with pharmacokinetic serum level curves modelled from each compound's half-life and the user's logged injection history.
Sequa's on-device pattern intelligence engine analyses logged data to identify correlations between symptoms, behaviours, and compounds, including trigger lag analysis that detects delayed correlations. Structured experiment tools allow users to run trigger elimination, treatment trials, timing tests, and behaviour change experiments. A Connected Intelligence feature provides contextual guidance during flares.
All data is stored in SwiftData on the user's iPhone. Sequa operates no servers that hold health data, processing, correlation analysis, and serum modelling all happen on-device. Privacy is architectural, not just policy.
Sequa is built by a small independent team based in the UK and United States. It is pre-launch, with a waitlist open at sequa.health. Sequa is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

What makes Sequa different.
Privacy by architecture, not policy
Sequa stores all health data in SwiftData on the user's device only. The company operates no servers that hold health data, making it architecturally impossible to share, sell, or have it subpoenaed.
On-device pattern intelligence
The correlation engine identifies trigger lag, delayed correlations between causes and flares, entirely on-device. No data leaves the phone. Insights include confidence scores.
Built for real protocol complexity
219 compounds across 20 categories. GLP-1 agonists, TRT, healing peptides, SARMs, anabolics, and longevity compounds, in a single coherent system with serum level modelling and what-if simulation.
Zero gatekeeping
Sequa tracks what users actually take, including compounds most health apps refuse to acknowledge. No moral judgement, no blocked categories.
No venture capital, no advertising revenue, no data monetisation. The only revenue model is a direct subscription from users.
