By downloading, installing, or using the Sequa application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the team behind Sequa (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Sequa”). These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Sequa is a personal health tracking iOS application that allows users to log symptoms, manage compound and peptide protocols, view estimated serum level curves, identify patterns in their health data, and generate health summaries and doctor visit preparation reports. All data is stored on your device.
Important: Sequa is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health or treatment.
Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sequa. Sequa is not intended for children under 13.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, sublicence, sell, or use the App to build competing products.
You retain full ownership of all health data and content you create in Sequa. Because your data is stored on your device only, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups. Deleting the App permanently deletes your data, we cannot recover it.
Core logging features are available without payment.
Pattern insights, serum level modelling, doctor visit prep reports, experiments, and full protocol management require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. They automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
Use Sequa only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to interact with it.
The App and all its contents, including software, design, databases, algorithms, and brand assets, are owned by or licensed to Sequa. The name “Sequa” and the Sequa logo are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights beyond the licence in Section 5.
The App is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, health outcomes resulting from use of the App, or loss of your data.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sequa and its team from claims arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. To cancel a premium subscription, do so through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before initiating any formal proceedings, please contact support@sequahealth.com to resolve disputes informally.
We will update the “Last updated” date and provide in-app notice of material changes. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
